Something fun I like to do is bring a bunch of “kilogram stickers” and cover up the “pounds number“ on the free-weights to confuse everyone.
Don't be a selfish jerk, clean up after yourself, don't make somebody else do it for you. Put your weights back where they belong when you are done.

I laugh at people who come in and work out for 10 minutes and leave. Do they think they are going to get results from that?
Come here and workout, be fit and above all, look better naked.
Try to get here before work, otherwise be prepared to wait for machines!
