Hi. My family and I have been members for many years, and we pay over $150 per month. We truly love the place. However, two weeks ago I asked the staff to put a sign in the sauna saying “Do not hang or dry clothes on the heater.” Underwear and towels smelling like s.... Unfortunately, no action has been taken so far.
