So I’ve been with LA Fitness for around five years on and off, and honestly, this last experience really left a bad taste in my mouth. One of their staff members introduced me to someone, claiming he was some big executive who could give me a great deal on personal training. Great gym. Great customer service. I would like to highlight the young gentleman Emanuel at the front desk. Every time I come thru he show love. He’s friendly, professional, and welcoming. Whoever is in charge at this LA fitness, I want to let you know that Emanuel is a valuable piece at this location and please consider him. He is doing a spectacular job. Emanuel keep up the good work!
I have been in physical training for 5 months with Kent and I want to leave the best review ever! Kent is amazing and also the manager Nick is super helpful. He helped us with some of the times I couldn’t come for family emergency and it’s just amazing how the fitness has been changing. The changes that was made was extremely helpful for this facility. A shout out to Nick and Kent
Customer service has improved, especially with Emmanuel at the front desk who had made me feel welcome. Machines work and it’s clean. Needs a sauna but besides that it’s a nice place to workout.
Good gym and has needed equipment, also I got a personal training with Joshua ha have been really patience with me and I am more stronger I recommend this gym and service
