With newly renovated LA Fitness in Chino Hills along with new machines, will surely inspire its members, including myself, wife and son to come more often to use this gym.
It so bad service here ! So rude to the member !
Visited today, worst experience ever!!! They made us waste our time giving us 1 hour tour and while in the tour customer were complaining about handicap shower and restroom being out of service. NOT a good first impression. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Today I went in with my dad to check the gym out since he is talking me into signing for LA Fitness (he's been a member for more than 10 years) we went to check it out with a three day pass, and after giving us 1 hour tour they say we can't go in because we don't have a CA ID. the pass only required to prove that we were 18+ which we did with our driver licence. Gym looks good... there are still some fine tuning needed. Crown molding needs to be reassembled floor boards put in and some finishing glass tile redone... This make over was over due....nice workout machines and set up. Cannot wait to see the pool when it's complete 😊
