It's 5:20am and no one is here... many customers are waiting in the parking lot. Many have left. We pay for your gym yet no one is here to open the doors during operating hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Also - every single treadmill shakes when used. Tighten the bolts or buy new equipment. Completely unacceptable. None of the tvs work as stated during the initial tour. It's appears no part of the gym has been cleaned.
Great place to workout! Plenty of equipment as well as pool, indoor track and classes.
It covers most of the basics. It would be great if they had a seated barbell shoulder press, though. And 7pm on the weekends is just brutal.
I enjoy going...i have been for last 2 years. I also went when i was call urban active, was there for 2 years as well. I like all the equipment...has a tv mounted to almost every cardio machine. Had a pool, full court basketball and a steam room.
Love this facility sauna is very nice. Wish there were towels provided.
