Manager Glenn Was having a payment issue (rate increase in spite of our written agreement). Went to Glenn, the manager of the Scottsdale 24 hour fitness. He took the time to seriously listen, study my presented paperwork and then took the necessary steps to correct the problem. This rating is not reflective of the gym; it is only reflective of Glenn's ability to correct a wrong and in appreciation.
