I won’t recommend nobody else’s to LA Fitness, my friend signed up he was my VIP and they didn’t even gave me the 1000 points that they offered me. BS
1. Dirty ( tissues and paper towels on the floors) 2. Scummy sale reps and managers ( like used car salesman but worse) 3. Closes prematurely for the whole day. Today is a great example. Everybody went to work though a snow storm is coming but the weather is fine right now and even before but they closed the whole day? You know why right? Because they can't get any new members so let just not open.
Called last night and was told you’d be open this morning. Where are you guys?
Really bad upkeep, female staff members in mens locker room. I have pics for any management wondering if this is true. About to switch gyms
If you want to become a member be ready to wait took 10mins to get someone to help me bc some lady was helping her dad or husband not sure who he was get his meds I thought I was at a pharmacy ... anyway once I got someone Harold .... he was on his cell i was annoyed by this point .... I really was looking forward to signing up but after the customer service experience here I think I'll go else where . Just going to take advantage of my guest pass . On the positive note lots of equipment , clean , lots of space .
