To much security problems, people steal in the lockers rooms and blow the padlock in order to take your stuff inside, no security and no cams inside the gym...How you can enjoy your exercises if you have to worry about your stuffs?

Poor customer service at this location from the manager Giovanni. I came in with a 4 day pass off the website to try the gym. I met with Giovanni who asked why I was interested in LA Fitness. I told him my condo's gym was closed for a few days and figured it would be a good time to check out a local gym. I also told him I was moving from the condo soon and would need a gym regardless. RecommendedThe gym layout is great and the staff was very nice BUT I don’t like the direction LA Fitness is going in by requiring the trainers to go on the floor and start a sales pitch while I worked out; i didn’t appreciate it. The trainer was respectful and took my response very well. I feel a pity for that trainers that it’s a requirement for doing this.
