Although this place has issues with communication, they have processed my sister‘s application and got her a work permit within the first three years we are now waiting for the application process to be completed, but I am happy to report that they are well worth the investment when applying for any immigration documents 3/27/25
They’re scammers, we spent thousands of dollars YEARSSSSSS ago and it’s still hard to get any update from these people. We call the number and they’re happy to help until we let them know we are looking for an update on our case. They say they will call back and never do. They were so fast to take our money but can’t give a 30 second update. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
The communication from this office has been extremely disappointing. Araceli rarely responds to texts or calls, and there’s no proactive effort to update you on your case. When you call the office, they promise to follow up within 24 to 72 hours, but that call never comes. I’ve been trying to reach Araceli about my case for over two months without success.
