I stumbled upon La Finca Coffee by accident while heading to another coffee shop in town. I sat in the parking lot of my favorite coffee shop and decided to head to La Finca instead, since I had never been before. NEW FAV!! Not only is their coffee amazing, but now I found out their food is the best!! If you want AUTHENTIC TACOS, take it from someone that lived in San Diego, Ca., for over 8 years, they have the best tacos l've had in Missouri yet!! Please never move or close, La Finca
The space is intriguing. Apparently it was recently a brewery, which fits better. It isn't cozy enough to be a coffee shop, but it is definitely interesting. Ordering was a little strange, because we ordered at a window instead of at the bar. I got the feeling they hadn't been open long and had some things to work out, but the coffees we ordered were good.
Breakfast was amazing! The fried spinach was crispy to perfection, and the eggs Benedict did not disappoint!
