The Best Mexican in the Metroplex! – The atmosphere is simple, but the food is transcendent! We have been fans for the past 5 years, also when it was located at Bethany in Allen. My husband had the "Ranchero Fajita" plate for his birthday: the steak was hot off the grill, and very tender; the shrimp skewer with green peppers and onions was char grilled to perfection.
