Danila helped my friend and I simultaneously!! She replaced my friends debit card and opened a 2nd checking acct for myself in less than 30 minutes!! (We know cause we payed for 30 minutes of parking) She also informed us that there are 5 designated parking spots behind the bank on Broadway. While we were being helped another representative came and offered us snacks and drinks! We left handled and happy!! Thanks DANILA and staff! ! This is definately our new and favorite branch!
I’ve been doing business with LA Financial Credit Union since 1996. I have never once had any problems with them. I’ve had personal loans, a car loan and used many of their services. The staff are always friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. I love this credit union, and no, I do not have a lot of money at all. The person in a previous comment talking about fire needs therapy and perhaps a hug.
I only use the atm for deposits. Never had a problem.
A great place for service. They are always festive and in season. It makes a pleasant atmosphere
