Not so good. So i just recently moved to Waco from Omaha Nebraska and i was in search of some real TEX-MEX food....i was told to check out La Fiesta restaurant. Well, I ended up visiting this restuatrant and this is what i got The service was poor...the waiter messed up our order after repeating it to him 3 or 4 times,,,,our drinks were never refilled, the food came out cold and on top of that the food was disgusting. Toatally won't recommend to others. Big disappointment.
We most often dine outside and the atmosphere is fun and festive. Food is always delicious and when they have live music it adds a special festive touch. Waitstaff is always amazing, a bit stressed (understaffed) but they get the job done!!
