Horrible. They charge $800 for their services ! Same thing you can do on turbo tax for $75 , they charge $800. They harass you if you don’t answer right away. My mom had an issue with her taxes and they have stopped answering her calls and emails. Horrible and they’re scammers ! Do not dim your taxes here ! They’re stealing all that money from you to file taxes when it costs 80% somewhere else. The customer service is horrible.ignoring calls and emails is horrible customer service.
