They closed up for an entire Tuesday without even saying anything. Didn't ask me to reschedule my appointment, despite the fact I had to take time off work to go there. Now I'm down hours of paid sick time for nothing.
This place is a joke. My son had an appointment here today and low and behold the door was locked. They couldn't even be bothered to call him and let him know that they weren't going to be responsible enough to be there. My son had to take time off work to go to this appointment. Hopefully there's a decent doctor somewhere else here in town, that actually knows what they are doing and are professional. Because this is so sad and pathetic.
I found a Doctor Who would listen to me but guess what? Nope. Changed all my medicine added some. I couldn’t even go get my nerve blocks because my heart rate was up to 115 now I have to go to a cardiologist to get cleared again thanks. I also want to address how this could have went differently. Absolutely impossible to actually speak to your provider on the phone anymore. You always speak to the call center. Absolutely ridiculous to outsource your patient contact to Las Cruces!! Just hire more local people in office to answer the dang phone!!! Lazy greedy stupid executives making healthcare even more difficult
Made an appointment online. Showed up for my appointment and staff said they don't take new patients and just didn't have the time to call me before i arrived. Pretty annoying. Other then that, the staff were nice. Building was a little scary looking. Definitely felt like i could have scored drugs in the parking lot if i wanted to.
