Pulled my car in to get the pollen washed off. Guy running you onto the rail wasnt paying attention and just ruined a $350 chin spoiler..... Manager is supposed to be calling me tomorrow but this is just flat out ignorance. He could have clearly seen the lip was going to hit the guide but he just keep telling me to pull up.... And to top it all off, the front and rear bumpers still had soap on them and the guy just said that's normal..... Will NEVER go to another Express wash again. Went to Harrison location yesterday 12/24, the person directing me into the pull to go thru wasn’t paying attention to getting me on belt correctly. Then the belt didn’t pull me car and he told me I had my car not in neutral and I said I do have my car in Neutral! Then went thru the car wash the dryer clothes didn’t work or weren’t spinning, then go to very end and my car wouldn’t exit the car wash I couldn’t see the light saying it was green because I was too far in the wash still.
