I had an incredible experience with LA Exotics — especially working with Nate and Alexandra. The entire process was seamless, easy, and extremely personal. Nate handled everything very professionally and made the whole experience stress free. Pickup was easy, delivery was easy, and the car itself was absolutely awesome. We had a blast. LA Exotics clearly takes pride in their service and customer experience. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be booking again!
Absolute scam of a car rental agency. Tried renting an Audi R8 spyder. Managed to input my details and insurance without problem and paid the whole sum online. Received an email to go to an address on collection day. Turns out they were not even at the address anymore and have moved out. Called the number and they said that my foreign insurance was not recognised and that someone on their end was supposed to have cancelled and refunded my booking earlier. Fair enough that they dont recognise my insurance. But the worse thing... read more
Cant emphasize this enough: GREAT customer service. Had a rental car arrangement pulled from a different company 2 days before my wedding, and Nate and his team at LA Exotic Rentals came in clutch. In a matter of a couple phone calls, I was able to get everything processed and rented a beautiful McLaren for my getaway car. Wouldn’t recommend any other car rental companies other than LA Exotic Rentals!
