The last managment company actually looked after the residents, the new one however does nothing for the residents if you have an issue with anything they act like it's an inconvenience to them. My mother does not feel safe in this complex with all the drug use, people sitting at picnic tables smoking pills, gang beatings and gunshots in the area are just some of the reasons and the manager doesn't want to hear complaints about anything.
