Always have a great experience both of our children have their primary dr at La Esperanza and although we have our choice of Clinics closer in our area we always would rather to stay here our kids are always comfortable during and after our visits
Someone in the reception area does not do her job efficiently. Since this pandemic, it has been hard to get anyone to answer the phone past 4 p.m.. Also, when we do have an appointment, when we get there, we have had to go around the building knocking on doors because no one will be at the proper door to let us in.
