I stopped by La Escalera Food Truck during the Alpharetta Street Fest and I’m so glad I did! I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was amazing — packed full of chicken (unlike a lot of places that skimp). You can really tell they focus on quality, and you definitely get a great portion. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and seriously delicious. I’ll absolutely be stopping by again whenever I see them around!
Superb tacos. Who would have expected homemade tortillas at a food truck? The owner and staff were very friendly. Also, they have a paging system (again, unheard of for a food truck) which means the food is fresh every time. I wish big things for La Escalera. Hope to taste again soon.
I have used “La Escalera” for food catering via their taco trucks at multiple business with GREAT success! Food is always delicious, service is excellent, and Jorge is timely and easy to work with. A+!
I’ve eaten the tacos, birria tacos, and the chicken and asda quesadillas, they are DELICIOUS! The tortillas are homemade and it shows! The family is nice, all is made with love!!
Just had a taco and a sope for lunch -- YUM!! One of the best food truck meals I've ever eaten. The tortillas are legit. Inexpensive, fast, and delish!!
