They put a hole in the ceiling. I made request 4 days ago so they can fix it but no one has came. I’m currently sitting in the dark, called emergency maintenance. It’s been 5 hours, no one has came.
I’ve lived here for 4 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience!! Thank you all so much for the holiday festivities ! I love it here
