Staff at the Long Beach location sucks, never returns phone calls , never answer the phone, getting a hold of them is EXTREMELY difficult, was just on hold for 45 min , had to call back before someone finally answered , DO NOT RECOMMEND, do not go there
This is by far the worst medical clinic ever!!! They never answer the phone calls, I have been trying to call them to make an appointment for the past few weeks and they don’t answer so I end up leaving voicemails but unfortunately they never call back. I am definitely calling the insurance to complain about their absolute horrible service!
Terrible service, the never pick up their phone and when they do they put you on hold. Not recommended
When I went at the La Endocrine Care, I was thrilled my Doctor says, I have no diabetes at all and I weigh 255 pounds after I went on the weight scale and my Doctor was proud of me for being so much healthy.
