The windows were cleaned, but streaks were still visible afterward. The team was polite and fast, but for the price, I expected a more thorough job. I’ll likely look for another service next time.
Just had my interior and exterior windows cleaned by Elite Window Cleaning. Very great and efficient job done by Nova and the rest of the team. Windows crystal clear!
This is the 2nd time we used LA Elite Window Cleaning, Stanley and Max were amazing. Very professional, friendly and polite. Our windows look amazing and would definitely have them back.
Update I received an update and follow up to my initial poor review which I was very pleased with. The crew that came out initially returned and we discussed the problems I found and I learned that some of what i found was due to poor window seals and hardwater stains. They discussed their approach and techniques and what yo expect which due to appointment and other circumstances were not addressed.
