DO NOT RENT HERE!!! PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING MOVING THERE! Maintenance will not do their jobs & office will ignore your calls! I rented a one bedroom from them in APRIL 2012. Place looked great. Renee at the office seemed very friendly. By JUNE 5th I noticed a LEAK above my shower. Coming from the apartment above. I called the office & maintenance came 3 days later and cut a hole where the leak was, then just put a piece of sheet-rock over it. Said he would return when it dries. It continued to leak.
