JANAIAH has a sharp eye for attentive nail care. A personality that thrives on turning the dusty, hang nail disaster of neglected fingertips to magical, colorful pools, of elegant beauty! I met someone who made me, a queer person of color, feel welcomed, and taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful glow up of my mittens! Remember, you want JANAIAH to get the job done!
I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel like today was needed. I’ve been going to LDV maybe once a month for massages and they are always top notch, usually there’s some back and forth on pressure and trouble spots but today with my masseuse Shaylin (hope I spelled that correctly) it seems like she just understood and locked in. Pressure was perfect, technique was stellar and I’m fairly certain I fell asleep a couple times due to how relaxed I was. Once I came back down to earth, this review was a must. 10/10
I had a wonderful facial experience with Santana! The treatment was relaxing and thorough, and she gave me great recommendations based on my skin type. I left with my skin feeling soft and fresh. I will definitely be back :) Thanks Santana!
Honestly, I was disappointed. I had really high hopes for this spa/salon because of how they promote it as fancy and exclusive. When I arrived not only was their floor absolutely disgusting but the receptionist didn’t even look up from her phone. I checked in and waited over an hour for a simple manicure. When the lady did finally show up she refused to put gel on my nails because she said they were to “damaged” she recommended a strengthening nail polish and cleaned up my nails a bit.
