I can not recommend Laura and the rest of the team at La Diva Cucina Inc. enough. Laura helped execute a 2-day weekend birthday extravaganza for me (the big 5-0) which included nearly 40 out-of-town guests, plus locals. The first night was an outside event, so we had to have a back-up for rain, the second night was at a private venue we rented in Wynwood. Had an excellent corporate team event where we cooked a fabulous Miami Experience meal under the tutelage of La Diva Cucina that included tostones with mojito garlic dipping sauce; picadillo empanadas; Peruvian fish and shrimp ceviche; jerk chicken skewers with mango glaze, and some lovely mojitos.
