I have been coming here for years. The store is such a great resource for all things gifts and something for yourself at the same time. I never leave empty handed. Plus the owner is so sweet and helpful and her staff is always friendly and go the extra mile. We are lucky to have them in Northbrook.
La De Da has always been my go to for fun, reasonably priced, and on trend gifts. Today they blew me away with their fantastic, over the top, customer service. Brought in a necklace I bought several years ago that I was having an issue with. This was not LDD’s issue. They sent it to a local jeweler and had it fixed, no charge. I asked if I could pay for it and Jill, the owner, said “No, Im just so glad to be able to make you happy” Thank you La De Da. Customer forever! Beth

How can you not smile when you enter into this adorable boutique?! The sweet ladies there are so incredibly kind - to customers big and small! :) Brought my littles in on a momma and me trip and they were treated with nothing but kindness and love! So thankful for this little pocket of sunshine. It made my Saturday! 🥰
