We had a similar experience as the other reviewer, Douglas. We had our entire kitchen and bathroom work done on our house by Lou and then wanted the other parts of the house completed. Although we had estimates, drawings completed, materials selected and a time frame for the work to be done Lou failed to return calls, texts, emails, etc. And this game went on for 6 months.
