I have a home on a property they manage .. The park property in covered in weeds on vacant homes. There is a lot with 6 foot fence that has weeds that are dried out and taller than the fence. As residents we are responsible for keeping our weeds cleared but the parks property is let go. Property Manager finally came looked at the fire hazard and had it taken care of the next day.
