I drove all the way from Artesia just to come here for dog food for my sick dog and they did not inform me over the phone that their food was expired by 5 months they just waited for me to show up. It was a 6lb bag and I still had to pay the cost price which was $21. Only a 7 dollar difference from what it would have been at $28. I asked what it would to do my dog if I gave it to her and the lady acted like it wasn't a big deal and she said "maybe just make your dog a little sick" .. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?! Multiple calls were made after hours for an emergency and none were answered or returned. Thank you Carlsbad Animal Clinic for immediately addressing our situation. Why have an emergency number if you’re not going to answer it?
Dr. Scott was fantastic with my American Bully, Leto. She received vaccinations and had a “sore” on her back leg. Dr. Scott did a wonderful job examining her despite my Golden Retriever trying time get attention too. She had wonderful bedside manner along with the rest of the staff that loved on both of my babies.
