I ate here last night and all I can say is absolutely delicious! The dishes are so creative, fresh, and absolutely made with lots of love! I had ordered a pumpkin risotto for appetizer and my taste buds we're going crazy! It was by far the best restaurant I have ever eaten at! From the fresh bread on the table to the hand made pastas.... I couldn't believe how delicious everything was! My husband was screaming about his hanger steak entrée. My husband and I have the good fortune of eating at La Cucina Nouvea yesterday with my cousins Jeanette Cicalo Bruno and Jimmy. The food was excellent and fresh (I had the pan seared red snapper with pumpkin farro and) so good. The ambiance is very nice and I would recommend and have already recommended to my friends. Congratulations to Salvina and her husband!

Salvina & Giuseppe have brought Italy to NJ! Giuseppe cooks the BEST octopus with an old Italian tradition and Salvina makes the experience one of a kind! Great people, delicious food, and a phenomenal atmosphere. A MUST GO! Make this place your new favorite spot!
Thank you for a great dinner last Saturday night to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary! All 12 guests loved their meals from the veal chop to scallops to shrimp to filet to the chicken parm custom made for the kids! We will definitely be back.
