It was such a strange and unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in the door. Rather than offer us our table, the hostess (manager) was unaware of our reservation. She recommended we wait for our party, however there was no waiting area. After waiting for hours (2+) eating chewy unpleasant calamari, we questioned where our food was. Great night from my private table .Top notch waiter Jonathon to the fantastic food. Rice balls, Octopus and an amazing Bolognese dish. Hands on owner was so accommodating making it an all around perfect night.

Food and atmosphere were both excellent. Had a berkshire pork chop that was really good. The veal with lemon and artichoke was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.
Totally the best restaurant in NJ. Salvina and Giuseppe go out of their way to make you happy. Food delicious and service excellent!
