Great purchasing experience and a fantastic dealership. They certainly know the commercial business but were still happy to assist me in getting a Lariat! Cannot recommend this dealership enough!!
Epic fail as far as customer service. Called twice for help with a LE 9000 Ford Silage truck. Gave them detailed message about what is needed for repairs. Never heard back from them. Spoke to 2 different guys. Both said they could help me with this project. Today I called again since Insurance is closing my claim. The tone used--Ma"am I will tell you right now that...
