The highway department has property next to mine and I've been keeping it mowed so people throw less garbage. I recently decided to do some landscaping, adding fill dirt to a sunken area that holds water after a rain. They've been very helpful and very easy to work with. Offering information and emailing the proper forms to complete. Forms which I was unaware of and without, could have been in some trouble by simply adding fill dirt!
