I want to say Stephanie is the best amazing apartment manager I can have she always helping me and my wife out she even answer after hours to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your apartment when you put a work order in she is on it she have a great team they all work together to make sure the community running smoothly thank you la crosse family accepting me and my wife to be part of the La crosse community
I lived at LaCrosse for several years and overall had a positive experience. The property is conveniently located, the grounds are generally well maintained, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Throughout my time there, the office staff and maintenance was courteous, timely and professional. I appreciate everyone's efforts and wish the entire team at LaCrosse all the best!
Great little place.
Edit: Old negative reviews are from old management. Current management continues to do everything they can to undo the damage old management has done. I am so lucky to find this place as a first time renter. I have never met more patient, caring, and communicative people. Even after I leave this will always be home. Maintenance is fast and communicates. Management communicates. That’s the biggest part. I have no complaints. I am well taken care of.
