I've been a client of Maddi's at La Crema for over a year, and each visit, I'm beyond thrilled with her work. She does lived-in color and a cut each time. I can not say enough good things about not only this salon space, but the girl behind the chair! Maddie is one of the most sweetest and easy going stylists I have ever had the pleasure of having my hair done with! Probably one of the worse hair experiences of my life. I spent $3000 within 2 appointments to be treated so badly when I was not happy with the results. Not only did she not fix her mistake she tried to convince me that my ashy hair colour was what I asked for . There was no argument no negative words exchanged except she refused to refund me some of my money to I can get it fixed elsewhere. All she was willing to refund was 120 dollars and blocked me after I got 2300 dollars worth of hair extensions from her. Now I have to ... read more
