This place is way over priced! Once you buy a place here you are screwed! They have a rule book here but the rules don't apply to everyone! The on site management plays favorites here! The owners of this place live out in LA LA LAND so you now what that means! They will lie to you to get you to buy here and then you are screwed! They don't even maintain the lots here, you rent the lot but they will not even trim the trees here, it is your responsibility!
