Mark has been a pleasure to work with, he was able to get our Percolation Test and Septic Plan completed in an expeditious manner. He communicated timelines with us and was able to complete the project sooner than we expected. Mark is very knowledgeable in his field and a great resource for information.
One of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Been dealing with them since November it is now March. Do not expect to get any calls returned. Or any communication at all for that matter! Wish I could give them a 0 star!
