Excellent service, friendly, professional and highly skilled for general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry
Completely inept, that is how I would describe this practice. I initially tried to contact them via the form on their website, no response. I then called and spoke with someone there and left a detailed message, no one called back. I called again and spoke with a dentist and left my email information. Again, no response. Finally visited and was given the full run around. Never again!
I started with Dr. Phi in the early 80s when she was part of a dental group near my home in East County. When she moved to open up her and Dr. Miyamoto's own dental office a few years later, I followed with her. I drive from East County to North County for my appointments, but is worth it to received the sincere care, and attention to detail, that I know I will receive from her.
