Water gets shut off 1-2 times a month here for "emergencies" like clockwork. Many times, you aren't notified until the day of said shut off, so you literally have no time to prepare, i.e. fill the bathtub up with water, etc. No discount on rent for the inconvenience....deplorable!
We're being charged for "valet" trash pick up when no one is picking up the trash. $28 is still added to our rent every month??
Please read this before signing a lease at this apartment. I have been living here since March,1 2024 and still resident. There was slight odor from the start but I assumed it was be a the bilding is old.over time,the smell got worse. I tried spraying perfume and air freshener but it persisted.when I asked to break lease, they told me I have to pay a tow month penalty plus one month rent, and they kept repeating the company policy. This place is crap ,if u want roaches move here. I lived here for a year nothing but problems, jennet was horrible to her about a roach problem she sent out pest control the guy who came was knowledgeable and sprayed, he came back a few times an haven't seen him in awhile. Anyways told manger still having problems an nothing I would give it a zero if I could. No numbers on Buildings so when I order from door dash. They can't find my unit
We love our apartment that overlooks the pool! Staff is very helpful and friendly! The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around with our dog. The golf course and lakes/ parks nearby are great for being outdoors.
