We love our apartment that overlooks the pool! Staff is very helpful and friendly! The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around with our dog. The golf course and lakes/ parks nearby are great for being outdoors.
Went to go tour an apartment, went to their leasing office and it was locked (they are open). Someone was in the leasing office, however they ignored me when I knocked.
I have lived here going on two years, and let me just tell you I have never had a problem with office staff or maintenance, all my questions get answered on time and with the best of their knowledge. Office staff has been more than happy to help out where they can if they don’t know the answer they will figure it out or the solution to a problem and solve it and get back to you. Just don't do it, the property is horribly mismanaged, buildings are falling apart, patios on second floor are unsafe and unstable, maintenance requests take weeks and result in messy cleanup (last visit left my bathroom sprayed with sewage). Of you value your peace and expect your AZ legislation around tenant rights, to be adhered to - you will find this place more trouble than it's worth.
