We lived here and can attest to the packages being kept. I had a large package delivered. I called management and they said nothing showed up. I went up to the leasing office and my package was on managements desk. When I told her that package was mine she just handed it to me and told me to have a good day 🤡 Secondly, take a look at the timeline of the 5 star reviews. We moved in with ease. Janette help walked me through the process. Move in date came and was easy. Everything was ready. No problems. When a cabinet needed to be fixed they were out the next day. Thank you for ur help.
I have been here for a couple years now and they really do keep up on the cleanliness of the complex. Management and office personnel have been amazing and always willing to help where they can. They’re friendly, assertive and help reinforce rules and regulations when needed if they see a lack of. Maintenance is on top of things the best they can be and the current crew is amazing and friendly! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a simple decent place to live that’s quiet and affordable.
