I've only been a resident for a month and so far so good. ALL of the maintenance personnel are great and they go beyond the call of duty.....at least they have for us. Again, it's only been a month so I'll be back as time goes by to see if anything has changed.
I moved in to La,Costa with my 10 pound poodle on a Saturday. On that day I left the apartment several times for short periods of time to go to Target etc. . On Sunday I stopped by the office and my neighbor complained that my dog barked. It is a pet "friendly" neighborhood. . So... I was surprised to hear a complaint.
