Maintenance staff is phenomenal¡
We've lived here for 10 years. During those 10 years we've had various management teams. The current team lead by Lauren, and including Alma etc. have been the best. They are always accommodating. 99.9% of the time communication is great. Anytime I put in a maintenance request it is taken care of in a timely manner. The CARE team that puts on the various events is amazing. Nice apartment layout. However, there are problems. Management barely gives 24 hour notices, if even, to enter your home. They have done this to me several times now and it's very inconvenient and feels like an invasion of privacy. I have cats and they're giving me barely a 24 hour notice out of nowhere that pest control is coming to put poison in my apartment, requesting me to prepare everything and somehow remove my cats.
