Awesome place to live! Beautifully maintained property and the apartments are spacious. A peaceful place to live. Lauren is a GREAT manager and any issue I’ve had she is always there to resolve!
We know the apartment life team at this complex, Nicki and Nolan and they host amazing, free events for residents! Their taco nights, movie nights, yappy hour, etc. help to foster community and truly bring neighbors together.
I have lived in the La Costa Apartment complex for 2+ months. I have found it to be a well maintained grounds, with amenities such as Swimming pools ( more than one) and BBQ grills that are available on a first come, first served basis. My neighbors range families with young children to working professionals to Senior Citizens. Several have ties to nearby CSUF, including current students and Alumni. Social coordinators Nolan and Nicole host monthly events promoting opportunities to meet neighbors and get better acquainted
I love living here, the apartment is a nice size, the grounds are beautiful, the maintenance people are always respectful and courteous, the leasing staff led by Lauren and Alma are so nice and so helpful, they are very professional and kind, it's quiet and safe. I am very happy living here and plan to stay here for many years.
We attended a movie night event there. It was such fun evening! Popcorn and root beer floats and great company! We watched a star wars movie at the pool. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We are looking forward to the next event!!
