My husband and I have lived at La Costa for the last three years and we love the community! Neighbors are friendly, and we've met so many of them at the free events they host on site! We like how close it is to groceries/shopping and the leasing staff is very friendly.
Thin walls… you can hear everything neighbors above walking stomping having sexual activity, For the high amount who want to come home after long days of work for this,, Big flying roaches 🪳 and water is always shut off
