Coming to events here has been awesome! The resident events are actually fun (yes, really!)—from movie nights to grabbing snacks by the pool, there’s always something to look forward to. Makes it easier to make friends and community in an apartment.
What lead me to live at La Costa was the size of the units. For the price they were larger then other properties I was looking at. When I got here I saw the lush walkways and quiet atmosphere. But it was when I talked to the management here that I know I was home. They were so accommodating and friendly. And almost every weekend there is some kind of event to draw the resident together. How fun is that?
I lived at this complex for 14 months. The apartment itself was decent, and the maintenance team was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. However, my move-out experience was disappointing. Out of my $700 security deposit, only $302 was returned. I was charged for utilities (water,trash,sewer) twice. I used to pay around 70 monthly and when i moved out they charged my around 130 for last month i stayed .
