Convenient location and quiet community! I especially loved the pool area, it’s such a great spot to relax. I was onsite to connect with the manager, Lauren, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating, as was the rest of the leasing team I met. I work with the Apartment Life team that partners with La Costa to host free community events for residents, and it’s clear the staff truly cares about creating a welcoming environment.
I love how the community hosts free events that bring everyone together. The environment is always friendly, clean, welcoming.

Coming to events here has been awesome! The resident events are actually fun (yes, really!)—from movie nights to grabbing snacks by the pool, there’s always something to look forward to. Makes it easier to make friends and community in an apartment.
What lead me to live at La Costa was the size of the units. For the price they were larger then other properties I was looking at. When I got here I saw the lush walkways and quiet atmosphere. But it was when I talked to the management here that I know I was home. They were so accommodating and friendly. And almost every weekend there is some kind of event to draw the resident together. How fun is that?
