LA Construction Heating and Air installed a new A/C ,heat pump,ducts,electric work. Very reasonable in price. From start to finish,everyone was very knowledgeable, excellent communication, sticking to the time line (finished 1day early),attention to detail and problem solving skills.They informed us regarding rebates and kept us informed what time and who would be coming to our home. I would like to thank Leonard, Matthew, Pablo and Amber for making our first A/C install pleasant.
Your tech pablo provided excellent service. He assessed the system through the thermostat first and then he went up on the roof to look at the system. He changed the filter and it also needed refrigerant since it had not been serviced in quite a while. He took photos and explained all of the numerical readings based on where my system was and where it was after it was serviced which no one has ever done before. Service Technician Pablo Hernandez arrived right on time, and is a consummate professional, explaining to me what issues might be behind the dripping of our mini-split. He went well beyond troubleshooting and simply getting things working but did preventative maintenance that will help avoid future issues and explained to me what are the various "layers" behind the issues we are experiencing. Having been rooked by numerous other HVAC companies, it is great to find one that stands by their work and goes the extra mile!
My technician was on time, polite, professional, and efficient. Before he left he tested the system and the install worked well. The entire experience was great and a real contrast to the service visit I recently had from another company that prompted this work (and at a much lower cost). Thank you!
