Service Technician Pablo Hernandez arrived right on time, and is a consummate professional, explaining to me what issues might be behind the dripping of our mini-split. He went well beyond troubleshooting and simply getting things working but did preventative maintenance that will help avoid future issues and explained to me what are the various "layers" behind the issues we are experiencing. Having been rooked by numerous other HVAC companies, it is great to find one that stands by their work and goes the extra mile!
Technician arrived at scheduled time. Quickly analyzed problem, discussed diagnosis and cost to repair. Obtained needed part and restored system to full operation.
