I have never experienced slower bar/restaurant service anywhere in the world. Nice atmosphere and great resort but we were trying our best to spend $$$ on food/drinks and could not. They are throwing $$$ away!!!
Great location. Full of life. Excellent staff. Interesting cuisine.
Honestly the only thing good about this place is the staff, and the veiw. I was miserable the whole time.

Love, love, LOVE this place and stay here every time I visit PR. Can be on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. Excellent staff who treat you like family, excellent food, beautiful hotel and perfect location. Couldn't ask for more.
Lines of people waiting to check in well past 7:00 pm. We asked for a late checkout since we were only staying 1 night and didn't get into a room until after 7:00. The room, by the way, was a downgrade since our booked room was unavailable. We were told NO! to a late checkout. We will never come back. Run. Don't walk.

However, it is important to note that the late check out we grant our guests is based upon availably and depends entirely on the hotel's occupancy.
