Beautiful resort. They definitely have the best share if the beach. Slight hiccup at check-in but they resolved that quickly for me. The staff....grounds...location are all fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet because I was at a convention but the service was very good and their "quesitos" are one of the best I have tasted in a long time.

We booked our 25th wedding anniversary at the LaConcha due to our previous experience with the outstanding employees, great facilities, the beach location, and the proximity to Old San Juan. So we booked our wedding anniversary with high expectations due to our prior experience. The end result was that the hotel and it's staff far exceeded our high expectations.
