Everyone here is so thoughtful, kind, & compassionate. Dr. Kelly was able to see my older dog an hour after I called for some odd but very concerning symptoms. It turned out it is likely a problem that is much less serious than any of us originally anticipated, but not once did I feel anyone was annoyed or irritated at my fears & emotions about my furry best friend being in pain. Dr. Kelly and her staff are so wonderful and show their compassion. I had an emergency with my female and nobody would help me in my time of needed to save my dogs life. I called hoping for a miracle and Dr. Kelly was able to take my dog in that next morning. I dropped her off that morning and left her there for surgery. That same day her staff called me and told me that surgery was done and she was resting. I picked her up later on that evening and took her home with meds and instructions.
