A fine place to live. We’ve been residents for a few years and it’s been mostly peaceful.
It was very affordable in the beginning. Every year they raise my lease $25. This year they raised my lease by $60 with 3 week notice . Need major updates ! They do not repair things in a timely manner or efficiently.On a positive not my neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves . It is convient to freeways and stores.
Terribly noisy young neighbors above my elderly parents apartment. Tried to politely ask them to keep the noise down but they still kept the volume high. My parents have lived here for years and have really enjoyed it but lately their nice, quiet home has turned into a party palace. The disrespect is very disappointing.
