La Colombe is the best coffee
Great coffee baristas! Friendly people. Stop in and give this shop a try. Extra touches like a nice stir spoon and spoon rest are offered for your own finishing to your brew. We stopped in on a cold late afternoon and our Corsica was a fabulous companion to take back out onto the chilly street. You can even help to ‘change the world’ when you’re there....pick up a bag of Lyon Blend!
I’m easily calling this the best coffee in Chicago.
