I stayed at this hotel for what was supposed to be a celebratory Mother’s Day weekend, and instead experienced one of the most disrespectful and unsettling interactions I’ve ever had while traveling. The ownership interjected during a normal check-in process, making racially charged insinuations that made me feel unwelcome, out of place, and targeted.
