Watered-down and completely stripped of the bold flavor it used to have. The $900 million corporate buyout officially caught up with the quality. Total skip.
They have complimentary sparkling water on tap, which is pretty sweet
It’s a no for the chai but good for other tea and coffee
I am always disappointed by the draft lattes. They taste off and are not unsweetened but never sweet enough if you like sweet coffee. I paid 8 dollars for a large draft latte and regretted every sip. Stick to the espresso drinks they have to offer if you want a latte, not the draft ones. The seating area is small and semi communal. It can be uncomfortable being super close to other people.
